What a gray yucky day.  Cold, rain, blah!  Fortunately I didn't have any running to do today.  I did get the laundry and ironing finished, cleaned the downstairs bathroom.  Yesterday we got a letter from the Navy Medical insurance.  They want my son to send them a sworn statement that the injury on his hand (from chewing on it) was not caused by someone else and that he isn't suing them for damages.  You see if he is, they want their 166 dollars back.  Can you believe that?  I wanted to send them a check for 166 dollars and then tell them to leave us the *&$# alone.  But my hubby said that would be a bad idea.  I suppose when they find out he did it to himself, they may want the money back anyway.  idk.  That's government  controlled healthcare for you.  Feeling really tired today.  Tomorrow I have a 10 mile run.
