Strange day.  It is rainy outside.  Nick called this morning.  He has a meeting scheduled with the Master Chief and the psychiatrist to see if she will change her recommendation to discharge him.  If not then I think he gets another evaluation by someone different to see if they come to the same conclusion she did.  I am really nervous for him.   Went to the gym early and did strength and core work.  then I ran 3 miles on the treadmill.  Feeling really tired and out of it.  I will be so glad when this day is over.
