Ran 3 miles outside today.  A beautiful morning.  And I got good news.  My doctor found my old mammograms from Virginia.  Apparently the tumor in my breast has been stable for over 5 years!  Woohoo!  She still wants me to have a consult with the boob lady in her office, but probably not a biopsy.  So I suppose I will.  But feeling pretty good right now.  Have a ton of stuff to do around the house today.  So I suppose I should get started.
