Woke up feeling pretty rough this morning.  Think I ate too much yesterday.  Strangely didn't gain any weight, but I think I'm to that part of my training where I can eat more and not gain.  As long as I don't make that an everyday habit.  This morning I did my strength and core stuff at the gym, then ran 5 Yasso 800's.  Now I feel pretty good.  Am going out to run a couple of errands.  Will be heading to Chicago first thing tomorrow morning.  I can't wait to see my baby.
