Well, not the best news, but not the worst news either. I do have a tumor in my breast and it is not an NF tumor, he says he knows because of where it is. idk. Anyway, he doesn't think it is malignant, because it is very regular in shape. But it could be a "slow growing" cancer. So they are searching for my old records from Virginia. If this tumor is on an old mammogram, then he will just want to do an ultrasound like every 6 months to keep a check on it. If it isn't on one of the old ones, he will want to do a "needle biopsy". So anyway, he thinks even if it is cancer, it would be slow growing, so not an emergency thing. Of course this isn't his breast we are talking about either. I went shopping after the docs appt (the office is just down the road from the mall). Bought a couple of things that we really can't afford (new blouse, new purse and a pair of silver ear rings), and ate too much for lunch from Sbarro's Pizza. I think I'll skip the gym today, it is already so late. If I were a better person, I would have skipped the mall, rushed home after the doctor, eaten a healthy lunch and gone to the gym. But I am who I am, so whatever. I am taking the beast for a walk. It has turned into a beautiful day here. It was so gloomy this morning, but now the sun is out, so I am going out to enjoy the fact that I am alive and while I didn't get the results I wanted, it wasn't the worst news it could have been either.

Sending down the road to ya. I can\'t tell you things will work out okay, but I can tell you that I will hope and pray they do.
Add my prayers to the list. I hope you get the info from VA soon so this can all be taken care of. I\'m w. you on the urgency of the matter.....your breast, your time table. Glad you got to go shopping. You\'re so loyal to the gym and your running that you certainlyt deserve a day off. Take care!
