Okay, so having a bit of "post race depression". The soreness has set in and I am feeling really tired. Plus there really isn't anyone to talk to about it. I mean who really gives a crap anyway. I'm still unemployed, still have no book contract, I'm still a nobody. Still nothing. Just a fat, lumpy, bumpy nothing. My husband was watching "celebrity fit club". He asked if I was going to loose anymore weight. I said I'd like to loose about 10 more pounds now that I have a break from marathon training, he said, "you know it's all in your head". Yeah right. No, it's in my stomach and my hips and my butt. He just laughed. Maybe tomorrow. You just never know what could happen. I mean, it has been a while since I have seen a job I could even pretend that I qualify for. But you never know. Tomorrow could bring something wonderful.

That is true. Tomorrow is a new day. Have you done any other writing? I took a class once and they said to try and get stories etc published in smaller publications as that is a good way to establish yourself. Also recommended getting an agent. So much of success in the publishing world is based on two things: how you \"sell\" yourself, and who you know! You can\'t do anything about the latter, but the former....But who am I to offer advice. I have 4 books on the shelf that no one is interested in. So it goes.
