Feeling out of sorts this morning. Kinda tired, although I slept like 10 hours last night. I think I must still be on "sleep deficit". Didn't really feel like it, but ran 5 miles anyway. It actually felt good. Really sad to hear about Paul Newman's death.

I know what you mean about Newman...he was one of a kind...so talented. I actually saw him race once at Thompson CT. He\'s that generations George Clooney in my mind.
