I ran 22 miles today. Walked most of the last mile, just really got tired and my feet were hurting, mega blisters. I think I need some new running shoes, but I really can't afford that right now. Got news today that my youngest son will be headed off to boot camp on Sept 22, not in December. The good thing is, he will be done with boot camp before the holidays. Bad thing is, that just seems so soon. Just a couple of weeks.

Blisters! Yuck! New shoes definitely seem like they should be a priority. Sept 22 is very soon. I can\'t believe how fast his month is slipping by, though I don\'t know why I should be surprised. Time just keeps flying by faster and faster.
