Ran 7 miles this morning in one hour and 23 minutes. Will be going to lunch with a friend to celebrate the kids being back in school. WooHoo!! Then this afternoon I will be going to Louisville to visit family, but gotta come back tomorrow night as I am singing in church on Sunday and running 20 miles on Monday.
