I ran 16 miles this morning. Took 3 and a half hours. Feeling a bit sore. But not too bad. Hubby was going over our finances last night and told me I had to get a job. I agree, but I don't know what I am fit to do. Went to the OSU jobs website last night, found one that I actually meet the qualifications for, spent the next two hours getting a resume together and filling out the online application. At the end, a message came up on the screen saying they were putting mine on hold, because they were no longer accepting applications for that job! Can you believe it? I mean, couldn't they have said that at the beggining. Oh well, I think Taco Bell is hiring. I know I could do that, but their schedules tend to be unpredictable. I mean, I do agree with getting a job, I have been thinking about it anyway, but Hubby is going to have to help out around the house and with the kids, cause right now he does nothing. He doesn't even clear his own dishes from the table. He won't take the kids to extracurricular activities, cause he needs his time off. And if I am at work and cant take them to soccer or scouts then they just can't go. I don't think that is fair. Not a battle I want.

Can you substitute teach? I know that you can be signed up for a whole district and work the days you feel well. They call in the AM or the evening before and ask if you can pick up that day. My friend Jen was sub teaching for awhile in NY. It worked out well for her b/c she could work when she felt up to it. just a thought.
I\'m sure you\'ll figure something out. Now you\'ve got your resume in order and that should help. I agree that hubby will need to pitch in, but that\'s a tough one as well. My daughter went back to work after being home for two years with baby and she ended up doing the new job and all the old jobs at home too. Just not fair.
