Had a nice breakfast out with hubby.  I was good and ordered off the "fit" menu. lol Crepes with strawberries and yogert sauce.  MMMMMM.  Then did a 7 mile run, felt good.  Then took my car back to the shop.  They are looking at it for free today. Whether or not it stays free I suppose depends of what they find wrong with it.  Absolutely gorgeous day today.  Oh, and I have an idea for my book, so I will be working on that today.  Came to me in a dream.
