Well, a little down this morning.  My oldest goes back to New York today and I won't see him again until Thanksgiving.   Got up really early and ran 14 miles.  It was kinda hard, but I am glad I did it.  Feeling a bit sore, but not bad.   Took my sons yesterday to see The Dark Knight.  Second time I've seen it.  Really really good movie.  Heath Ledger is so unbelievably good.  Makes me so sad that he is gone.  I think what I like best about that movie is that good triumphs over evil.  I think we need more of that in this world.  It seems the news doesn't want us to see the good that our soldiers in Iraq do, only when something bad happens. Anyway, I am blathering on I know.

Sometimes those victories of good over evil seem awfully far apart, don\'t they, in both the movies and real life. And \"kinda hard\" getting up and running 14 miles? Kinda amazing to me!
