Went for a 3 mile run this morning.  Had to take a couple of short walk breaks, usually dont' with a 3 mile run.  But still made it in 35 minutes, so not bad.  Really hot and humid out there.  Now I don't feel like doing anything. lol.  Oh well. Really good to have my son home.  Yesterday the kids were all playing a board game around the table.  I know those days are numbered, when they will all be home and be able to do that.  But it makes me feel good to know that they want to do that.  Maybe they will actually keep in touch when they are all grown.  I wish I had a sibling like that.  Someone I could call sometimes, just to talk you know.  But my brother and I have too much crap between us to cross that divide I think.
