Busy busy day today.  Went this morning to the gym and then a bike ride around the block.  Trying to get ready for my son's visit from New York.  I am so excited.  We only have him till Monday, but better than not at all.  Going to bake some cookies.  Went to the grocery today.  Feeling awash in contentment today.
