I was supposed to run 10 miles today, but I got a late start (8:30) and it was just soooo hot. I know excuses, excuses.  So I actually ran 9 and walked the last mile.  Still pretty sore cause I forgot to take my meds before, so taking alieve and glucosomine now.  When I got home, the crematorium had called, they are bringing Siffy's ashes back to us.  So I had a good cry and a good shower.

My cousin did that with her bull-dog. On her mantel is a shrine to \"Queenie\". Her ashes are in the center and 2 large framed pictures of her are on both sides. She loved that dog more than most of her family. I have to admitt, so did I.

Aww...its okay to cry. Let it all out in the shower....sad feelings really are hard but all they are are feelings....let them go when you are ready. For now though, it is okay to be sad. Hugs.
