I may have to buy a lottery ticket today.  I was all ready to start a run as soon as I dropped my kids off at school.  But I thought about the timing of my allergy shots, I am due for one sometime between today and next Friday.  I thought about the marathon next week and how I really didn't want to run it with arms swollen from an allergy shot.  So I went to the allergist, got the shot.  Waited my 20 minutes and walked out into pouring rain!  I was going to run outside today, because the rain wasn't supposed to come until later today.  Anyways, I will be running at the gym, and dry, well except for sweat.  But the point is, if I hadn't thought about getting the shot, I would have been about half way out when the rain started.  WooHoo!!!!  Other than that, not a bad day.  So far..........
