Yesterday actually turned into a pretty good day.  The sun came out around noonish and is still there today.  Three mile run went well yesterday, strength and core today, ugh!!  Funny, my big run was Monday, but yesterday I was hungry all day.  Just couldn't stop eating.  And today I am really feeling tired.  I feel like I could sleep all day, not that I can, but my body would like to.  Delayed reaction?  Don't know, but.....  Trying to get my brain to function.  Not having much success.  So I am putting an okay, and leaving myself open to whatever. Update:  Did the strength and core stuff and 20 minutes on stationary.  Still really tired, I really had to force myself.  Been goofin off ever since.  But guess it is time to get off my butt and get on with the rest of my to do list.

I wish I could just do 10% of the exercises that you do. I can lose weight, but I just can\'t seem to get motivated to exercise. All that stuff you do makes those folks on the biggest loser look like a bunch of couch potatoes. Keep up the good work.

Ah, the dreaded \"to-do\" list! Hope you got what you wanted to accomplish done...and hope you\'re giving yourself giant credits for all that you do. Exercising when you\'re tired and don\'t feel like it is the height of self-discipline....needless to say, I never do it!
