My head hurts so bad, I just want to cry. I can't stand this. My sinuses aren't stuffy, they just hurt. The sun was out today and I wanted so badly to go for a walk. But I couldn't stand the light. It just hurt. And I have no energy at all, after resting all day. Maybe I am turning into a vampire.

Oh, dear! Headache pain is so debilitating. And the only think that ever works for me is sleep. Have you tried hot compresses on the sinuses? That works for my daughter and she suffers terribly from sinus headaches.
