I feel like absolute crap today. Sore throat, tired, etc... Started my homeopathic remedies already. I thought it was going to be warmer today, but it is 18 out there this morning. I am trying to stay positive, but it is really hard this morning. At least today is my day off, so after church, I guess I will come home and rest.

Sounds like a day of rest is just what you need. I know the battle with the depression demon and he has visited me often in the past few weeks. Persevere! And all will be well.
