Kids are home today.  It started snowing last night, but changed to freezing rain early this morning. When I got home from choir last night, it was so beautiful.  Really breathtakingly so.  The snow was so sparkly under the moonlight, like thousands of diamonds.  But this morning of course it is a mess.  There is about an inch of ice on everything.  I need to do a 6 mile run today (on treadmill at gym of course), but I am not too worried.  I can wait till the roads are a bit better.  Let other people clear them for me. lol.  Holding steady at 117 this morning, not really hungry, but I guess I should go seek out breakfast.  I need to make some banana bread this morning, I have some past their prime bananas.  But that takes a good hour and by then I will probably be starving!!  My "easy week" is almost over.  20 miles on Monday.

We have the special 2 hour delay this morning which is going to get me to my doctor\'s appt. just in the nick of time. I was put on BOOST protein drink before I left the hospital (107lbs &5\'4\")to add to my healing abilities and to add energy. I was tired because I was not eating enough to produce the energy I used. It is wonderful good stuff..half bottle a day from Walmart..$1.00 bottle. Might be a good idea to protect your muscle mass. Hugs.

20 miles sounds so daunting! You are amazing. I love that \"snow in the full moonlight\" scene. We are having snow-rain-snow stuff today. Unfortunately the college didn\'t cancel classes so Anna has to be out in it. Banana bread sounds yummy.
