Snowy morning.  Actually pretty much a snowy day.  I did my 6 mile run today on the treadmill.    It seemed kinda hard.  Don't know if it was because of the weather, or maybe I am not eating well enough.  I am trying.  I am trying to keep everything balanced between the fat/carb/protein.  but my calories have been kinda low lately (under 1500) and I am feeling it I think.  I have lost another pound.  I just don't feel like eating, and it doesn't feel good.  I have been having to force myself at times.  Even when I start out hungry, I just don't want it.  Don't know what is up with that.  It just feels kinda gross to eat.  Never thought I would be saying that.  But amazingly I still feel fat, and am desperately afraid of gaining weight back.  I wish I knew what was wrong with me.

Lots of little meals might help. Don\'t runners need lots of carbs? You definitely do need to raise the calorie count with all the exercising you do or you\'ll melt away!

Wish I could send some calories your way. God knows I get more than my share!

do take care of how you feel honey - your intuition is telling you something is a little out of balance, so perhaps try a little to sort this a bit....lots of love to you...Cathrynn XOXOX

Yes be careful. Don\'t go the other way, extremes are bad. Try to look into what is triggering you not wanting to eat. You need a good 2000 calories to maintain if you are running like you do.
