Well, I am sitting here watching the snow fall. It is really pretty, but I really need to get to the gym and the post office. I am still tired today, from yesterday! lol I have all day to get out, and it is supposed to warm up later today. It seems like it has been soooo cold of late. Yesterday, it was so cold, everytime I stepped outside, my head hurt. I am trying to avoid the cookies in the kitchen. I baked them for my girl scout meeting yesterday. Ended up with some left. I know as soon as the kids get up, the temptation will be gone. I somehow lost another pound. This is getting a little scarey. I hope I am not losing muscle. I am trying to keep up my eating with the running. But apparently not successfully. I sure don't want to loose muscle and gain back fat.

Its frigid here too... and yes that is hard avoiding the cookies, temptation is horrible. Maybe the pound is a loss of fat, hopefully.
We now have freezing rain. UGH!!! I prefer the snow. Oh well. We have what we have. Just put in a movie and pop some popcorn. The old fasioned way, then it doesn\'t have as many calories.
As far as the cookies...it\'s 11:00am and I\'m having a cookie and a diet coke. Good training food!! Weight loss...you\'re going to loose as long as you are putting in the miles. Eat...eat...eat. I was down to 118 when I ran my half marathons. My comfortable weight is 125. I looked kinda gross and lost lean muscle. Now I\'m EATING...good carbs and protein! Have a cookie!
I hope it does warm up a bit later in the day and that you enjoy your run! : ) Good for you for resisting the cookie temptation. I turned out a bag on M&M\'s at the movies last night and I know it\'s not the easiest thing! Have a great evening!
Cookies are my absolute worst downfall. I just can not resist them. The good news is I\'m not a very good cookie baker so at least I\'m not tempted to make any. 4js seems to have been in your position so I\'d take her advice.
