I am officially sick. Woke up about 2AM with a stuffy/runny nose (how can it be both?). I am changing my weight goal, was still 120 this morning, so I guess it is official. Still not entirely happy with my body, but I think at this point I am not going to worry about it. I seem to be losing in spite of not really trying. I guess the running just burns so many calories that my eating can't keep up. I know, hard for me to believe too. I now weigh what I did when I got married, but 28 years of gravity and 4 pregnancies have taken their toll. And I can't afford to have my tumors removed, let alone get a tummy tuck and a boob job. lol. Anyway, don't know what I am going to do about my run today. Supposed to be 6 miles with 4 Hill Climbs. But I will go and try. I just won't push myself as much as I normally do. The solo went well last night. Glad that was last night and not tonight. I sang "You Raise Me Up". Not really a Lentin song, but one that I have a lot of feelings for. And with the running, it has become even more meaningful to me. I couldn't go for my evening walk last night, because my little park is under water. You can't even see the walking trail. But the rain is over for now, but we are back in the deep freeze. It's a wonder we don't all have pnuemonia! Hope eveyone who reads this is well and having a good morning.
