Still cold here.  This is the time of year when I start to feel that it will never be warm again.  I guess that is why they call it the "Dead" of Winter.  That is how it makes you feel.  Today is my day of rest.  I am planning to work on my book(the one goal I haven't really done much on this year so far),  do some stuff around the house, ironing and such.  Trying to stay sunny on the inside.  I loved the anthem we got to sing in church.  It had lots of high notes, that I love to sing.  It is kinda hard to explain, but when I hit them just right, I feel like I am flying.  I need to remember that feeling and try to get it when I run tomorrow.
