Well, today was a speed run.  I did 3 miles in 33 minutes!  That is a new personal best for me.  And I ran the 33 minutes strait, no breaks, which is also a first for me.  After that I spent about 15 minutes walking.  I did some circuit training and stretches as well.  The amazing thing is, I feel really good, not at all sore or tired.  Just thinking about it completely amazes me.  I ran for 33 minutes today! When I started back in I think Sept., I could only run for 15 seconds at a time.  And I am very humbled by all the people who have been so supportive of me.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  I need all the support I can get.  Oh, and I am one pound less this morning.

You are fantastic. Be careful not to injure yourself. I\'ll bet your husband and family must be very proud of you too. Keep up the pace. You are well on your way.

You are an inspiration! My husband and I are thinking of running an 8K in March, but I feel like I am so out of shape-we are not \"runners\"! I\'ll have to tell him about your progress and maybe we can start the training!Congrats on halfway!
