Didn't do much today, read to my kindergarteners, went to the gym for my last personal training meeting, she showed me some stretches and some "core exercises' (I pretty much hated them), and she gave me some goals.  Then I did some laundry, spent some time on the phone with a friend, some time on the computer,did some cleaning.  Didn't really get much of a workout today, but I run tomorrow morning.  I think it is a short one.  I was supposed to do cross training today, but don't think I will get to it.  I thought about going for a bike ride, but it is sooo cold outside, makes me just want to cuddle up with a good book.  Maybe I will just read about exercies today. lol.  And running up two flights of stairs carrying heavy laundry, I think does count for something.

I\'m training too and I had a hard time today...maybe it\'s something in the air...it\'s cold in NC too.

Ever think about Yoga, Marah? It is so good for strengthening and range of motion. This may help your training efforts, too. Maybe?

You\'re right about the up and down stairs stuff...definitely exercise. I hate the traditional exercises, too. It\'s just so boring! It\'s cold here and getting colder. Just being outside burns up more energy than usual in the cold.

Good luck with your run! I am sure that you will do great. Don\'t worry if you don\'t like the exercises...running does a lot for your core...so does stuff like yoga or pilates.

Yes, carry laundry up stairs counts for a lot!
