Well, still cold, but pretty this morning.  Went for another SRR, 2 and a half miles and about 40 minutes all together.  Met a friend I used to walk with sometimes, elderly gentleman (70's I'm guessing) and he called me skinny. lol.  Still made me feel good, even if it isn't really true.  I had a bit of a problem with the asthma this morning, got kinda wheezy, cold air perhaps.  It was in the low thirties out there.  Anyway, I refuse to worry.  Every run this week the weather has been nice enough for me to run outside.  So I feel really good about that.  I was a bit worried the treadmill would spoil me.  Yes, you can make it do hills, but you don't get the psycological thing of actually seeing a hill in front of you (scarey) and then knowing when you hit the crest and can fly down the other side (sheer joy!).  Trying to make today a "healthy eating" day, but we may go out to eat tonight since my oldest goes back to college tomorrow morning.  Hope everyone has a Super Saturday!!!!

I\'ll bet you\'re closer to \"skinny\" than you realize. When we look in the mirror you still have that afterimage of our heavier days. glad the running is going well. I do admire anyone who has the discipline to do that.
