Interesting day.  It feels like spring.  A beautiful day for a run.  The running felt kinda good actually.  But I don't really know my miles because I lost my last pedometer (while walking, it just fell off.) so I bought another and it wasn't working right.  Stupid cheap thing!!  But I marked it off with my car, my total distance was 11.4 miles, about two  and a half hours.  I think, but I was so mad at my pedometer that I didn't really look at my watch when I finished.  Grrrrr.  I will take it to the gym and see if I can sinc it with the treadmill on Wed.  It is supposed to be nasty weather then anyway.  But today is really nice, so I am trying to enjoy it.
