Cold, cold cold this morning.  Luckily, I only picked up one pound from all the unrestrained eating and not exercising this weekend.  But I know I need to get back on track and eat healthy starting this morning.  Nothing sounds good.  But cookies and chocolate!  And I have to see my gyno this morning.  My favorite doc appt of the year.  NOT!!!!!!!
