Not a bad day, a bit chilley, but sunny. I ran 5.6 miles and walked another 5. Felt pretty good. I was a little scared because it seems so long since I last had a "good" run.
I always admire those hardy souls that run in any weather....notice I said admire, not emulate! Glad you got that run in. You must go crazy when the snow/ice comes. I\'ll pray for good weather to continue.
