Well, here I am.  Just me.  No one special.  Another cloudy day in central Oh ahead.  My GS troup is hosting a bonfire tonight, I really hope it doesn't rain and we can find enough dry firewood, because it is going to be cold and we are going to need a really warm fire I think.  I will put on my happy face and pretend.  I hope it convinces everyone.  I will run today.  Don't really feel like it, but I know I need to.  If not for that, I would just stay in bed all day and hide. But I have to remember my goal.  I know it doesn't matter to any one else, but to me it is everything.  It is my reason to be right now, so I will hold onto it as tightly as I can.   Update:  Emphasis on UP.  God must have heard me this morning, because he sent the sun out to shine for me.  It was a most beautiful day for a run. sunny, cool and a nice breeze.   4.2 miles today and 6 walking.  that is 2/10 of a mile more than Wed. run.  And it really felt good.  I hope the sun lasts for the bonfire tonight.
