Not to bad of a Sunday.  Had a donut this morning.  But just one.  I know they are sitting there in the dinning room, but I am ignoring them!!  They can call out to me all they want!  My daughter was in a group of 4-5th graders in church who did an interpretive dance.  They all did really well.  Really inspirational.  Had a one hour bike ride, it was really nice.  Part of me wanted to keep going, but sadly my legs said, "NO WAY!!".  Food wise I did give in to another English Toffee.  If I could keep myself to one a day, that wouldn't be too bad I think.  I did eat a healthy lunch, spinach pizza.

Hello my friend, I can relate with the food. I take determination not to put more in then we need. I bet your daughter was the best with the dance. My granddaughter mimes to some beautiful music at her church. I cry everytime I see her doing this since she almost died 5 years ago. God is merciful! Have a great week and blessing!

My problem is that one is never where I stop. The dance sounds lovely. It is wonderful when they get the kids involved in the worship with something that is near and dear to their hearts.
