Good training this morning!  I did my run/walk for 8 miles and ran every 3 min(1/20th of a mile each time) for at least 30 sec.  which if I did my math right (please don't ask me to prove it!) means I actually ran 2 miles!  And most of it felt good.  I forgot to take my alieve this morning (a mistake I won't be repeating!!) so into the second mile my left hip really started hurting, but then somewhere in the third mile, I realized that it didn't hurt so much any more.  I know I am going to have more days like Monday when it doesn't feel good and I have to force myself to do it, but if I can have more days like today, it will be worth it.  Oh, then I walked another mile and a half to cool my muscles down, and came home to stretch and shower.  I was soaking wet.  I got on the scale, don't ask me why, and I was one pound less than when I got up today.  I know, I know, it is probably just water from sweating, but just let me enjoy the thought!  Oh, just remembered, as I realized at one point it was time to run, I looked up at a monster hill in front of me, I looked down at my pedometer and saw, 6.66.  Okay, I am not really superstitious, but it did spook me a bit.  Like was I going to fall and break something? lol.  But I did okay and ran my full time.  Just thought that was funny.

I would have used the 666 as an excuse to bail. I really admire you for your training. You deserve to enjoy that one pound loss no matter what caused it.

Alieve is an anti inflamitory. Good for arthritis. Walked a couple tonight after teaching LOGOS and going to my daughter\'s soccer game. 11.31 for the day. This evening\'s walk felt really good. I wish I had had more time. Oh well. Hoping for a good tomorrow.
