Today is finally over. Hurrah!! I did run/walk a bit while younger daughter was at soccer practice. Older daughter still can't walk, let alone play soccer. But anyway, it felt kinda good. So I am looking forward to running tomorrow. I bought a new watch, a sports watch that I can time my running a little better. so I was able to run every 3 minutes and it felt pretty good. Didn't go too far, I ran out of time. I don't know if I will have my equillibrium back yet by then, but I am going to really try to get out of this funk I seem to be in. Thank you to everyone who has tried to encourage me yesterday and today. And, yes it does help. I guess you just gotta get up every morning and start over again. So that is what I shall do. So I make my smilie an okay yellow for overnight and hope for the best.

I have been in this particular funk so long it\'s beginning to feel like home and that is dangerous! It\'s so tough to keep your own workout routine in tact when trying to work around so many other schedules. But you do manage and that\'s terrific and amazing....walking/running whenever you can grab a few minutes.
