Well, yesterday was interesting.  Took the girls ice skating.  My older daughter fell and hurt her ankle.  So I spent the better part of the afternoon waiting at the urgent care center with her to see if it was broken.  Fortunately just a really bad sprain, but she is off of it for 3 days, then she can start trying to put some weight on it.  Her biggest worry was letting down her soccer team today.  That was the only question she asked the doc. Could she play on it today.  He just looked surprised and shook his head no.  lol.  We did make it to the show.  The food was wonderful.  We split a pizza.  With Gorgonzolla cheese and pine nuts.  Surprisingly good.  And the show was great.  Kind of like a modern Vaudville.  Some of the skits were a bit raunchy, but really funny anyway.  At least no one under 21 was allowed in.  Got up really early to run/walk (boy will I be glad when I can just say run!).  It was pitch black when I started and then the sky turned red, and then all of a sudden it was bright and sunny.  Really neat.  Did 3 miles.  Hoping everyone (including me) has a wonderful Sunday.

Well you sound in good spirits. Sorry about your daughters ankle but not suprised that doctor doent want her playing soccer on it the next day. I remember when I use to run...now I\'m just going to start back walking...i have a long way to go to get back to those days. But keep up the good work your not far from your goal. HUGS-LEXX

sounds as though you had a great time, despite your daughters ankle - hope she has some patience in getting it better! frustrating for her.
Sounds a great early morning, sunrise, dawn and brilliant day - oh, I should be out early..:( Cathrynn XXX

Must be very disappointing for your daughter re the soccer set back. That is so tough when you\'re young. But young people heal fast so i\'m sure she\'ll be good as new. Loved the description of the dawn breaking while you walked/ran. My spiritual practice for today was about our connectedness with the environment. He said imagine the sun if your heart, the trees your lungs, and the water your blood. Then you\'ll see how important it is to take care of our world. Your sun reminded me of the heart.
