Well, I made it through another busy evening. Had to finish my Gs paperwork and get it turned in. Then a Service Unit Meeting for GS leaders. Then strait to choir. Now I am waiting for my benedryl to kick in and off to bed. I did fit in a half hour walk. But not much. but actually sining does work your abdominal muscles. I never noticed that before. Perhaps all the exercise will make me a better singer. One song tonight really touched my heart. A Fanny Crosby song. I love her songs, and she did it even though she was blind. It gives me hope that maybe I could do something. I'll sing the praise of Jesus Who bore the cross for me;His wonderous love so prescious My constant theme shall be.I'll sing the praise of Jesus Till heart and voice shall fail,And then forever praise Him When safe within the veil. I'll sing the praise of Jesus: On whom my hopes depend,My everlasting portion; My best and dearest friend.I'll sing the praise of Jesus Till heart and voice shall fail,And then forever praise Him When safe within the veil.

That is a very dear song. I love those words it reminds me of my dad.
I used to enjoy singing so much. If it\'s a bit of a workout, all the better. I\'m sure the exercising will help with singing since so much of it is breath control. But what makes me most excited about this post is that you\'re not beating yourself up for not walking a long distance. You\'re giving yourself credit for all the things you DID do, something that is really difficult for some of us. WTG! The song is beautiful.
