It rained most of the evening.  Just stopped a little while ago.  So went out for an easy walk.  It was so hot and muggy.  I think the rain just made things worse.  It is supposed to cool down tomorrow, but I don't see how.  I think it has to be clear skies to get cooler.  And there was well, what my dad calls "heat lightening" behind the clouds.  Kinda pretty.  So my mileage total for the day is 10.36 miles.  Not too bad.  Eating wasn't too bad either, no major missteps.
