I did some more walking. But no running. The pollen counts are so high and there is an "air quality alert" which means sensitive folks like me are supposed to stay inside. I got up to 5 miles. I'll walk again later when it cools off. Older kids brought home good report cards. Hubby came home in a much better mood. It's Friday. I should feel happy, happy happy. So why do I feel so yuck? Maybe the week just sucked all the happiness out of me, kind of like a dementor. (read Harry Potter) I don't know. I ate a brownie and some cashews that I didn't need and didn't even really want. I should be really mad at myself, but i can't get the energy to be mad at anyone right now. I am reminded of a silly song we used to sing as kids, "Nobody loves me, everybody hates me, I'm gonna eat a worm....." I would go on, but the rest is kinda gross. I really do appreciate all the peeps who have sent me hugs today. I will be able to feel them soon I think.

That is funny...hey, speaking of worms, did you know that when moles burrow underground they find a bunch of worms to eat. They fill up on them then take a bite out of the back of the rest of the worms to save for leftovers. Ick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG didly - and I love that silly song Marah...lol...........hope you are feeling much better now........hugggs to you - I have heard of dementors! Cathrynn xx
We have pollen issues here as well. it always strikes me as weird that we have pollen during the season when everything is ready to rest for the winter. I associate pollen with spring. Hope you feel better soon. Feeling down when there\'s no particular reason to is one of my greatest frustrations...and then I feel guilty for not being more appreciative of all the good things/events/people who are in my life. You know that commercial that says \"A mind is a terrible thing to waste\'? Sometimes I\'d like to just shorten it to \"A mind is a terrible thing\" since it so often seems to suck the joy out of life. Take care.
