It has been kind of a hard day.  I found out this afternoon that a friend and fellow choir member was in a really bad accident yesterday.  He was working in construction and fell 15 feet onto a concrete sub basement floor.  So any one reading this, if you could say a prayer for Dave, I would surely appreciate it.  He has already had 2 surgeries and has several ahead I fear.  I got in 11.36 miles today all together.  But I handled stress the old way, I ate more than I should have.  Not what you call an out and out binge, but not good.  But tomorrow is another day.  And fall will be here for real soon.  And I still need an in between smile.  Maybe blue.
