I did get sleep last night.  I still woke up with a headache.  It is very cloudy and looks like it wants to rain, so it is probably sinus.  Have been watching 9/11 rememberences on TV and on the net.  Got in 7 miles this morning and am kinda sore now.  I can't get motivated to do much else.  And I am not really pushing the issue.
