I am so tired. surely I will sleep well tonight. I am taking Benedryl just to be sure. I did get in 10 miles today all told. Just took my last airborne and zycam for the day. Now off to bed.
Dang...I wish I was more like you...ok, here is something I discovered this weekend. My dear dear dear friend and I have both gained a lot of weight since we were on anti-depressants. She is shorter than I so her weight distributed differently than mine...boo hoo, she\'s doing Nutrisystem..and now she\'s 10 pounds thinner than me.......I\'m considering a race with her........a race to see who can be at their desired goal by Halloween. I am so proud of her, she\'s giving me needed motivation.
I think the downside of most anti-depressents is a tendancy to gain weight. For someone like me who is usually depressed because of my excess weight, I have to wonder if the trade off is worth it...taking pills for my depression that contribute to my obesity which is the cause of the depression! No wonder I feel crazy so much of the time.
hum!! I didnt realise all anti-depressants caused weight gain....I have to lose A LOT and I really am finding it very difficult. I think this next year I should be able to come off them, though doc thinks not, not yet anyway, and they stop IBS.....which is amazing.....would like to stay on them just because of that really....*laughing*
