Got in 7 miles this morning. I went further downtown. There is a nice park down there. I need to take my camera next time and get some pictures. Have a long chore list today. I have to make dessert for 50 people. My contribution to Hubby's family Labor Day gathering. I didn't call my dad this time. I told him when we were in town a couple weeks ago that I was coming. So I guess if he wanted to see me, he could have said so then. I am taking a lunch break. Got taco bell, so I guess not too bad calorie wise. I thought about calling someone to go to lunch with, but I really don't know anyone I dislike enough to subject them to me. It is such a beautiful day today. I would really like to go to the zoo. I don't think the animals would mind. But I have so much to do today. Some day soon, I will just blow everything off and go. Oh well. Miles to go before I sleep.

I\'m for that! Take a \"me\" day and go to the zoo. It should be nice and quiet now that school is back in session. In my present weakened state there is NO WAY I could make dessert for 50 people. I\'d have to make it for 100 just to make sure there was enough for 50 people. Hope you\'ve whittled away at that to-do list. Sometimes I transfer the items to the \"\'Round Toit\'\" list! Gets the monkey off my back.
The best part about making dessert is tasting it!

Wow, I can\'t imagine having a zoo in the town where we live. The only place where we see goofy animals are in classrooms as we teachers wrap up the week of school. And to have a nice park where you can actually spend time in? wow, we don\'t even have that. Gangs have graffitied our parks and large groups of young men hang out in them so I don\'t feel safe....And we don\'t even have a Taco Bell....hey, what kind of a place is this anyway??????!?!?!?!??! :-)
