I am feeling a little better this afternoon. My daughter's allergy testing went okay. We now know what she has to avoid and she has some new drugs for when she can't. He didn't think we needed to talk allergy shots yet. Really happy about that. I have been doing them for about 10 years now, and they are not fun. Effective, but not fun. I got in 5 miles this morning and have done okay food wise. But we just got back from the doctor and I need to figure out what to do about dinner. If it were just me, I think I would dig into a gallon of Moose Tracks. But I must set a good example and I don't want to see my binge pounds back, so I guess I better look in the fridge again. Oh well.

Hey, even though I was sick, I baked my husband a homemade chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. I\'ve haven\'t had any yet....doesn\'t even sound good really...I felt bad about not being able to hang with him and have fun these past three days. Hey, my 15 year old has to take steroids to control her allergies, NOTHING else works. When we were having breakfast Saturday morning her hand was shaking...a side effect. I\'m concerned about her being on steroids but bless her,she\'s always had terrible allergies and she can\'t get away from what she\'s allergic too...oh, unless we build her a bubble to live in...not a fun way for a teenager to live. Moose tracks? Is that anything like chocolate with chocolate chips with chunks of brownies??????????
MARAH - your binge pounds indeed!!!!...lol.......yes, and echoing didiy, what ARE Moose Tracks? *S*
So glad your daughters allergy testing went okay - I am quite sure it is no fun at all having to have shots and things - so tough, particularly when you are young and want to be free and active...take good care........hugzz
