It is so hot out there already. They said on the news the heat index is already at 90. Predicted to go to 110. I am thinking about either not walking at all, or really shortening it. I really don't feel well this morning. I think it is due to the heat. Nothing really wrong, just feel really blah. Kinda sore all over and discouraged and blah. Just thinking about what it is like outside. I am in such bad need of fall. Oh for a cool breeze. When I opened to door just now to let the dogs out, it was like opening an oven door. Maybe I will do a few laps on the exercise bike instead. The only problem with that thing is that the scenery is really boring! lol.

Stick to the exercise bike today. Put on some great music, a fan, and go wherever your imagination takes you!
It is very hot here also. I have to work four hours today. But at least the coater ovens will not be hot. It was 106 yesterday on the catwalk where I have to watch the carpet. But they give us popcycles and cold water and even pop popcorn to make us drink to stay hydrated. The first two days this week I had to pull 12 hours a day the third day I had an asthma attack before going to work and one at work both were kind of mild because I had my rescue inhaler with me. I hope you do not go in the heat. Set a fan on high and on the bike close your eyes and feel the wind in your face. That my make it feel like you are realling moving.

I understand the blah feeling...I woke up at 2am wide awake and didnt fall back asleep until 630 when it was past time to get up and then got up at 730. So I was feeling blah too. But after prednisone and red bull ....I\'m ready for the day. No I didnt take them together. But Iam feeling fully energized now. Have a good day ...ride the bike and stay out of the heat it is bad for trying to breath.
oh, wow, Marah - I can see why you feel blah with temperatures like that....dreadful. warm and sunny here, perfect - I suspect it would be just as you would like - will wish some cool air coming your way....
