Wow, what a day. I only logged 7 miles total today. It was so hot and humid both morning and evening. My lungs just weren't functioning well enough out there. I really hate that. And this evening the gnats were so thick, it was like I was swimming in them. Yuck! I did take my son out for a driving lesson. Just around the neighborhood. My hands have almost stopped shaking. LOL. I may have to invest in some Depends before I take him out on the highway. I am so beat, I think from the heat. I know I'll be complaining about the cold before long. Oh well. I remember those driving lesson days well. Strangely enough, I am much more comfortable with the driving of the daughter I taught to drive than I am with the one who took lessons at AAA. I\'m most impressed with anyone who logged 7 miles in this nasty hot and humid weather. 7 steps would be my limit, and I have NO tolerance for gnats and other bugs. I wonder how many points several mouthfuls of gnats are in WW land? HA!
