Okay, praying for strenghth this morning. I am so tired. Don't know why, I got eight hours of complete unconsiousness. I am going to quit watching coverage of that stupid bridge for starters. Everytime I see it I just think of all those people whose lives will never be the same, even the survivors. How could you ever go on a bridge again? And it's like I can feel that. Everything hurts this morning. I think I slept on my shoulder wrong, I do that sometimes and I really hate it. My head hurts, my back hurts, and my lungs are gunky today. I have to get ready for the party. Well, I am going to try to walk. Maybe those endorphines will kick in.

Prayers are lifting up this moment Marah! Sweetie, I try not to watch the news very much and especially when things like this happen because it tends to stress us out and I, like you feel the very same feelings and it is so difficult but the best thing you can do at the moment is prayer for everyone, lifting them up to the Lord. Watching the news going over and over these stories only encourage them to drag these stories out. We are looking at 92 degrees today and humidity is 84% even now so I need to get out this morning before the heat kicks in and then I am in for the next two days because this weather just does me in even when I don\'t go out in. Be kind to yourself today kiddo! Hugs and prayers, Sr. Magdalene Marie
Feeling some better after the walk. How can you be in a bad mood listening to The Kentucky Headhunters music! Actually getting moving did make me a little less sore, and after hacking up a lung my lungs are less gunky! LOL. I almost feel ready to cope with a house full of little girls for the night.
Sometimes humidity and heat really plays a number on our bodies, plus with the nightmares of 24 hour coverage of a tragedy compounds our health, especially when one is as compassionate as you. I\'m glad your walk helped to get you going for you\'re going to need it with giggly, squiggly, chatty girls tonight. I\'m glad your home is a safe haven, a place of refuge for your daughter\'s friends. Every child needs a home and a trusted adult to trust...didiy
