Just can't sleep.  I can't figure out why.  Kind of achey, but I already took an alieve and it just isn't that bad.  I've slept with worse.  A lot worse.  I did take a benadryl, hoping that will kick in here soon.  those usually knock me out pretty well.  My stomach is making noises at me, but I already told it, we are under tough love here.  No more food today!  It doesn't need anything else.  Wish I could claim having a lot on my mind, but really, nothing there.  Brain, pretty much empty.  What I keep hearing in my head is that old Beatles song, "All we are saying, is give peace a chance", except with the word sleep instead of peace!  Guess I better go give it another try.  I don't guess the sun will delay rising tomorrow just because I can't sleep tonight.  If I could just get that stupid song out of my head.  Why is it the songs we hate that get stuck there.  Just askin......

I can\'t sleep either, I messed up and fell asleep for an hour around 10 and now Im kinda awake. The reason songs we hate stick in our head is because they are usaully catchy and over played.

How are you feeling this moring? My husband has lots of disrupted nights\' rest and I\'ve been having crazy dreams that make me sweat then tired when I awake. It\'s krazy when those old songs get stuck in our heads. The last song that got stuck in my head was \"Dizzy\"...here it goes...Dizzy, I\'m so dizzy my head is spinning. Like a whirpoo it never ends, and its you girl making me swim, you\'re making me Dizzy... I even know the verses. This was the first pop song I ever heard, remembered and cherish to this day. love ya sis, didiy
