well...i just woke up...took 2 xanax around 10am and one of my kids came in and woke me up. I feel so refreshed! I'll probably ne up for a couple hours and tehn back to sleep...I am so glad I did this today...I really neeed it!! Thanks for all the notes of support of my decision.
