$95 to get key made//talked to the girl fostering the grey kitten//valLbreaking in by bda's//stalker
it costs $95 to get a KEY for a car?! because it has a microchip in it! and they program the key. Also discovered that had i chosen a key fob they could reprogram the doors, which i also need to do. cars are so weird now. i was hoping for BASIC so that it wouldn't be so weird. grrrr. oh well.
the girl who makes keys, wants a house under $75,000 (another one) amazing how many people want that for varying reason. have to realize this is north florida so everything is HALF of what it is in miami. also all of these pieces of real estate were around $150,000 to 200 ten years ago. so out of the blue we get a listing for her area and its $55,000 but built in 74 with all the original everything. that is considered an old house in many towns in florida as they are big on tearing down and starting new instead of maintaining here (says a lot about the culture - but who knows, i know as a developer its actually cheaper to do that, but as far as saving architecture its very bad). I didn't tell her yet.
all the other keys were normal prices. then the girl who has the kitten that belongs to the little girl and her dad, called because there is a woman off of main street harrassing her about the kitten. everyone is calling lately. i told her to send the woman to the pound, there are many cats that look like that there. i also told her about maak.com site to buy product, its cheaper than everywhere. she said the new vet nearby has been cheap and helpful, and the one up by the mall also helped her with a rescue. glad she is rescuing.
p called right after her. her checkbooks are gone so she is asking her daughter and her boyfriend to leave NOW kind of thing. this has happened before. she also hates that they smoke. i forgot how many mini dramas there are when they are around. she also got into it with her new car dealer switching payment prices on her so she is carless at the moment, which means i'll have to look at her paperwork for her. had to do the same thing for her on her mortgage. she signs things she shouldn't sign. she told them to shove it. she is like that. lol. but its still bad. what about her trade or down payment, will she get it back? you have a certain amount of time to return.
saw a, who just got a newer truck. amazing. so many changes, he is 8 years older now and verrrry different. he is with his niece and nephew all the time ages 5 and 4, so needed a 4 door. 8 years ago they didn't exist and a was straight out of high school. really glad all is well with him right now. a, m and the other js, i worry about, but you never know with people.
when they caught valL stealing at bda's in the northeast, we had done a television gig and valL was out of her mind over it - she actually FLEW up from south florida. she said if i had been marilyn monroe, she wouldn't have stolen just some things, she would have stolen EVERY THING i owned and me. wtf? bda said she never realized how weird crazy is, until she saw valL acting like that. her mother banned her from the house and got a restraining order. its the only thing you can do. i think to this day, v doesn't realize she is a total nutcase. j caught her by our house in north florida as well and its like, how many years will this go on for until it stops?
started a new book, its a memoir, written by billy noonan who knew jfk,jr in hyannis as kids. its a fun read and great photos, mostly because its around my own generation and i remember seeing so many shots similar to it in the "rags" enquirer etc., in the 90's. he should consider going pro with his photos. he has a feel for emotion in photography and captures it, and a lot of people don't have that.
i'm supposed to be headed to the marina. no one has many plans this weekend even though the weather has been PERFECT. for some reason, it seems like people are celebrating less, and i don't know if its because of the recession or things are changing? just the church whites (clothing) and sermon on the beach. others are working on the weekend and that is definitely a new thing. others are mad that so many aren't working and they call and are furious, that happened all day on thursday. very strange.
kv said the other stalker who is in jacksonville now, was by our officepark again. what is it with stalkers. weirdo. only criminals show up at someone's work or home uninvited, what does the stalker think everyone was born yesterday and doesn't realize he shouldn't be here at all, ever? whacko.

What can we do about stalkers? People won\'t wake up and stick together! The \"law\" doesn\'t allow for stalkers.
stalking is a SIX YEAR FELONY dkay. you CAN do something and they WILL GO to prison for six years for it. yay! the law was enacted in 1991. its easier to prosecute if its an ongoing thing in a small space of time and if they use phone lines. without phone lines put in a camera system with an alarm system, adt has them very cheap nowadays. if the stalker shows up once per year, its harder and more expensive to nab them because you don\'t know when they will show up. its amazing how many people get stalked. if the stalker has mental troubles, all they do is change their medication, which is ridiculous. if they are sane, then you can really DO something.
