Was a pretty good day.Most notable action was the 30 minutes before I went to the gym. Felt like dropped beats. Not constant but it was every few minutes or so.Went to the gym and did 20 minutes worth of weights then 40 minutes on the crosstrainer. Ave 116bpm High 134bpm. Still not really pushing too hard while at the gym. Just trying to keep it nice and constant.After the gym had another 30 minutes or so spread out over the rest of the night where it felt like I would switch into AF but it didn't eventuate. I might be reading too much into it but it is nice that this week there have eben 2 days where i would have bet I would switch and end up with a 3 or 6 hour session and it didn't eventuate. Hopefully this is a good omen.
